Challenge:
JRS company are a company that sell and print logo clothing for blue collar companies. They hired new employees and needed to create a document to guide the new employees on how to go about making embroidery prints, paper prints also.
An SOP needed to be created and unlike the usual SOP build, there needed to be a way to make the SOP fun and readable and as clear in communication as possible.
Solution:
The solution I proffered was to make the SOP in phases and slides.
Each slide has a screenshot showing the work being done and the description below it.
A checkbox was also created below the description to check if the employees understand the description that was described.
The slides were numbered so it would be easy for the employees to make reference to descriptions that need correction.
