Challenge:
Eddie had worked with a freelancer in the past and didn’t really get the value for money with the other freelancer. The aim of Eddie wanting a system for himself and his team was to track their projects, tasks, Clients, branding and creative projects etc.
Eddie didn’t know how to get this done, especially after the Notion expert he had worked with before me built quite the confusing system i.e There was a feeling of an overengineering touch, no clear path on how to navigate the system, not intuitive and how to use the system for metrics tracking.
Solution:
I went with the question approach for this, I asked a bunch of questions after seeing what the notion expert before me built just to understand if it was a misunderstanding between Eddie and the freelancer, but it happened that Eddie explained himself and what he wanted quite well.
I checked his documents that explained in detail what he hoped to achieve and I implemented accordingly in a way that provided the system you see to your left.
